Rapha Wellness
A Place to Rest
About Me
I graduated from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in 2000 as a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing ever since in a variety of settings. I began my career at the Summit and Jordan Hotels at Sunday River, then worked at Ambiance Day Spa before transitioning to Knopp Chiropractic.
When my daughters, Estella and Brenna, started school, I opened my own practice—Rebecca’s Therapeutic Massage. A few years later, I teamed up with my friend Donna Gifford to start Mountain View Massage, a travel massage business.
Over the years, I’ve truly enjoyed every step of this journey with massage therapy. Since 2022, my passion has deepened as I’ve been learning more about the powerful connection between God, our health, and our bodies. That's when the vision for rebranding to Rapha Wellness began to take shape. I’m so excited to now be incorporating frequency therapies into my work—and I have so much I can’t wait to share with you!
Most recently, my husband, Bronson, and I launched a new business combining our passions—he walks the dogs while I provide massage for their owners. It’s a beautiful way to bring wellness to both pets and people. We are thrilled to continue growing in this calling to serve and uplift others.

Why Is It Important to Give Glory to God?
It is deeply comforting to know whom I worship. I am not searching for meaning or connection in the unknown. I know who I belong to—I am a child of God, created with divine purpose and loved beyond measure by my Heavenly Father.
“And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” Colossians 3:17
As I continue to grow in my faith and understanding of God’s love, grace, and mercy, I am constantly blown away. God is the very definition of love—He loves each of us immensely. The greatest gift He’s given us is His Son, Jesus Christ. “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16. That truth changes everything, and it has completely transformed my life. This is where true healing begins: not just physical, but spiritual restoration through salvation in Jesus. As I continue to grow in my understanding of God's grace that He freely gives, my desire to share His love and give Him glory only deepens.
1 Corinthians 10:31 says, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
For a long time, I've dreamed of going far away on a mission trip to share this incredible love with others. But lately, I’ve come to realize that my mission field can be right here in my office. That doesn’t mean I’ll force my beliefs on anyone, but Christ is the foundation of my practice and if someone has questions, I’ll be ready to answer with confidence and joy. I simply love sharing the goodness of God and how He’s changed my life for the better.
Everything I Have Is from God
I choose to give glory back to God because I remember what life looked like when I tried to do everything on my own—I failed, time and time again.
But now, I understand that everything I have is from Him. God gives us everything we need! Our bodies are capable, perfectly equipped, and more amazing than we often realize. And when we trust in God, He provides for all of our needs.
I’m so grateful to be His child.
Am I perfect? Definitely not. I am a sinner in desperate need of grace, daily! But I can forgive others because I’ve been forgiven. I can show grace and mercy because Jesus graciously gives it to me daily. My ultimate desire is to reflect Jesus with my life. I am a work in progress, but it is a fun and very interesting journey.
1 Corinthians 16:14 reminds us: “Do everything in love.”
I feel so blessed to love what I do. I believe each of us has a God-given purpose and a unique path to walk. And when you follow His lead, that path becomes the most beautiful journey you’ll ever take. Thank You, Jesus, for gently guiding me all along the way, and more importantly never leaving my side.
I am eternally grateful to have You in my life!

Prayer for healing
Dear Jesus,
You are the creator of the universe!
I know nothing is impossible for You to renew.
I lift up this tough situation to You, Lord, and ask in faith that You turn it around and use it for Your good!
Lord, for as heaven is higher than earth, so Your ways are higher than my ways, and Your thoughts higher than my thoughts. So while I might not understand Your process, I trust in You and Your timing!
Thank You Jesus for using this situation to
draw me closer to You!
Amen
